Beef 'N Brew 3rd Annual

The Downtown Red Bluff Business Association (DRBBA) and the Tehama County CattleWomen have joined forces to bring the 3^rdAnnual Beef ‘N Brew event to downtown Red Bluff on Saturday, September 15.
 
The event will feature craft beers, beef appetizers, street vendors, music venues and a dance at the Cone-Kimball Plaza with music by the Rough Cut Band.  Costs for the tasting of beef appetizers, craft beers, music, dancing and a beef wrap and brew are $15.00 in advance or $20 day of event.  This year tickets may be purchased in advance via brownpapertickets.com or at Red Bluff merchants, The Loft, Plum Crazy and The Gold Exchange.
 
The event will get underway at 2:00 p.m. with street vendors displaying everything from feathers for your hair to custom jewelry and leather crafts. Vendors will be set up on downtown Red Bluff’s Main, Oak and Walnut Streets.
 
Thirty participating merchants, home cooks, and beef producers will have beef appetizers available for tasting. Celebrity judges will award trophies in six different categories for beef appetizers.    By purchasing a ticket you are entitled to taste beef and brew. Tickets are exchanged for wristbands and guests then stroll the streets sampling various beef appetizers and craft beers at participating stores.  Day of event tickets may be purchased and exchanged for wristbands in front of Los Mariachis, Montana Morrison or the Clock

Tower.  Brew tasting will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  You can find the brews by looking for the balloon-shaped beer mugs and open doorways of participating stores.
 
Over 50 craft beers from 18 breweries are available for tasting.  Brews will be available from Sierra Nevada, Deschutes, Lost Coast, Mad River, Mendocino, Eel River, Knee Deep Brewing, Lagunitas, Blue Moon, Etna and Alaskan to name a few.  Local dignitaries have been invited to be celebrity pourers.
 
 Chad Bushnell and Stacy Stone will entertain at the Cone-Kimball Plaza from 6p.m. to 7 p.m., where a beef wrap and beverage will be served.  Music for dancing by the Rough Cut band will be available from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at the Plaza.
