September is National Recovery Month. Come celebrate the gains made by those in our community overcoming mental health and substance use disorders at Tehama County's 17th Annual Recovery Happens Celebration. The event is free and family-friendly and will include live music, children's activities, information booths, speakers, rock painting, and more!
