Opening Day of our second season of the Corning Tuesday Night Market is April 4 from 5 - 8PM, downtown on Solano St, between 3rd & 6th Sts. The first season collaboration between the City of Corning and the Corning Chamber of Commerce was a fabulous success, and we're looking forward to having the community join us for more good food, unique handmade items, popular direct sales goods, music, performance, kid's activities and great information from many community groups. At press time, there are nine food trucks & pop-ups scheduled to participate, including the Corning Rotary's Beer & Wine Garden inside the Rodgers Theatre. There will once again be an exciting Kid's Zone featuring: - A 4-H Petting Zoo with baby goats, sheep & chickens - A double slide bounce house sponsored by the City of Corning - An Easter "make it 'n take it" craft sponsored by the City of Corning Recreation - Bunny face-painting by Lisa Lomeli - And the Easter Bunny will be available for hugs & photos. Music by Irish Cement sponsored by the City of Corning Performance by CDK - The New Corning Dance Krew Vegetable starts, flowers and arrangements from Corning Ace Hardware And the Tehama Together Garden Mentors will be on hand to answer your questions!
