Mark has more than 30 years of experience as an employment and labor lawyer in California and Oregon. Mark advises and represents employers on all aspects of employment law, including workplace discrimination, ADA accommodation, wrongful termination, FMLA, drug/alcohol testing, and reduction-in-force requirements.
