As a young boy, Rafael lived in Red Bluff and attended Sacred Heart School. He is now a highly trained and accomplished tenor who has studied and performed in Boston, Austria and Germany. Rafael is being touted by some as the next Pavarotti. This is a fund raiser for Sacred Heart Parish Scholarship Fund. See previously submitted poster
