This is a fast-paced class that concentrates on boxing, conditioning, building strength and stamina. We suggest this class if you’re in favor of hardcore training. We are offering 2 (two) of the same class at different timeslots to fit your schedule. Everyone is welcome to do both classes if preferred. Gloves are provided but we do recommend to bring your own. Water is a must!
