At TogetherWell, we believe you?re at your best when you are taking care of yourself, emotionally as well as physically. Our weekly event?held every Wednesday from 5-6pm, PST, and FREE to all?offers a chance to learn coping mechanisms, stress reduction strategies and more. It?s an opportunity to take a moment for yourself in a safe, supportive space and connect with professionals and peers. Our events? topics vary week to week, and include helpful information and resources as well as an experience activity to put into practice what you?re learning about. They?re led by TogetherWell facilitators, so it?s also a great way to meet our health professionals and learn more about the more in-depth mental health workshops we offer.
