Wellness Wednesdays are free, emotional well-being workshops hosted by TogetherWell every week. Topics vary each week and can include coping mechanisms, managing stress, improving sleep, achieving work-life balance, and more. We offer helpful information and resources, as well as an activity to continue to practice what you learned. Join us each Wednesday from 12-12:30 p.m. PST, wherever you are for this free event, open to everyone.
