Wellness Wednesdays are free, emotional well-being workshops hosted by TogetherWell every week. Topics include coping mechanisms, managing stress, improving sleep, achieving work-life balance, and more. Wellness Wednesdays’ topics vary week to week and include helpful information and resources, as well as an activity to continue to practice what you learned. TogetherWell mental health experts lead these workshops, so it’s also a great way to meet our health professionals, get familiar with our workshop format, and learn more about our in-depth, tailored mental health workshops. Join us each Wednesday from 5 - 6 p.m. PST, wherever you are for this free event, open to everyone.
